The reconsideration on HOUSE BILL NO. 188 "An Act relating to the                                   
authority of the Department of Natural Resources to issue citations for                             
certain skiing violations; relating to establishing a bail schedule for                             
certain skiing violations and to procedures for issuing a citation for a                            
skiing violation" was not taken up this legislative day and the bill was                            
signed by the President and Secretary and returned to the House.
